Record: 5 Million HNS Winning auction Bid for .e/ TLD on Handshake

During the NamesCon event in Austin, Texas, the Flamingo Handshake had their 16th auction, with a top tier premium list of names up for auction.

The highlight - the HNS TLD (top level domain) .e sold for 5,000,000 HNS (300,000 USD at HNS prices in Sept 2022).

The buyer was verified but asked to be anonymous, although it seems there's a subtle 'reveal' circulating already on Twitter. Other bidders were Porkbun, NamesCon, Epik, and other OG domain investors.
